7 Elements of Visual Arts

 

Objective: Students will identify and compose various images in order to review and demonstrate the elements of visual art.

 

Directions:

Go to http://www.writedesignonline.com/history-culture/AndyGoldsworthy/overview.htm#line and define the 7 elements of Visual Arts below.

- Then, insert an image that represents the appropriate element (Don't forget to give credit to the artist).

- Finally take a picture representing the appropriate element.

 

LINE: An identifiable path of a point moving in space. It can vary in width, direction, and length

This painting repersents color because of the variaty of colors in it. It has different hues of blue, green, red, yellow, and pink incorrporated to make a picture of a pone with lilly pads floating on top of it.
